Day Seven - Crown Chakra

Sanskrit Word: Sahasrara

The colour of our crown chakra hovers between violet to white. The crown chakra is like a magnet that hold all the energy points together.


This chakra points does not become over active as it is the seat of universal energy. An underactive crown chakra point is just us being human. Not everyone moves into this higher consciousness though we all aspire to it.


Connection is key to this energy center. An open crown chakra allows you to feel connected to yourself, to a higher power, to your purpose and truth, and to a greater good that extends far beyond your physical body. This connection produces a feeling of divine peace in your mind, body, and spirit. You feel a deep sense of clarity, and this allows you to remain focused and trusting as you step forward on your path.


When your crown chakra is blocked, you may experience symptoms that correlate with it either being underactive or overactive.


An underactive crown chakra means you may feel isolated, close-minded, and cynical. You may also feel like you lack purpose and faith.


If your crown chakra is overactive, you may feel like your entire identity is wrapped up in spirituality, thus causing you to lose touch with other parts of yourself. You may also feel critical of other people’s spiritual beliefs, especially if they don’t align with your own.


On this last day of this meditation journey we, will concentrate on the crown chakra. As you sit in meditation, we will recognize the position of the chakra point that we will be meditating on. Allow your feelings of judgment and bigoted thinking to rise within you and allow yourself to release them with peace and love.


Crown Chakra Affirmation

  • My first chakra is open to its perfect healthy state.

  • I am a spiritual being in a human body.

  • I honor the sacred divinity that exists within me.

  • I am pure, beautiful, radiant light.

  • My body is a beautiful home for my radiant soul.

  • I am divinely protected, inspired, and guided by the Universe.

  • I am deeply and unconditionally loved by the Universe.

  • I am worthy of unconditional love from divine energy.

  • I am connected to a limitless source of creativity, abundance, health, happiness, and love.

  • I surrender to the loving will of the Universe.

  • I am my highest, most authentic self.

Conscious Meditation


Conscious meditation uses outward images to create inward calm. Relaxing the mind is always a challenge. Our mind is always full of chattering and images.


Create an atmosphere for this meditation by lighting a candle and/or incense. Sit in a chair or on a cushion. If you want, you could play meditation background music.

Sit upright or cross legged.

Relax yourself.

Concentrate on your breathing.

Listen to your breathing.

Allow your mind to flow.


Remember to set your timer/alarm for the period that you wish to sit in peace for.


As you sit in this stillness with your mind flowing, breathing in and out, allow a pure white energy to flow into you. .

Keep breathing in and out. Concentrate on the breath. Allow a flow of this energy.

Process your images without any involvement from yourself. Let the images flow through you as though you are watching a movie. With each breath we allow ourselves to detach from the experience.


Concentrate on your breathing. Connect with your Divine energy, breathing in relaxation and acceptance. Breathe in love and healing life, release all negative energy.


Sit in this state, breathing in and out for about thirty minutes. Visualize oneness with yourself and the Divine. Visualize yourself as light being. Feel peace within yourself.


Allow time to be without judgement. It is a time of expansion of the spirit. A time of releasing old negative thought patterns.


Give yourself a few minutes to return to normal consciousness.
