Full Pink Moon April 2022 Explained

During any full moon, the sun and moon will always be opposite to one another in the zodiac. In April, the sun sign is in Aries and the moon will be in Libra. We have the energetic energy of Aries opposite to the harmonious peaceful loving energy of Libra. This April full moon is also known as the Paschal full moon for those that celebrate Easter.

If we can harness the energy of the full moon, we can flow in synch with the universe to create balance in our spiritual lives, emotions, relations and careers. During this time some people may be feeling highly emotional. Some could be overly dramatical, feeling drained or becoming draining to others. The intensity of the emotional self could be very climatic but also very illuminating. This full moon is the first full moon in the astrological year and this is a powerful time for new beginnings, spiritual connections, improving our current goals and leaving behind the negativity that does not suite our needs and wants.

Libra is also ruled by the romantic planet of Venus. We will find during this period that relationships and social connections are also illuminated. Aries energy is headstrong and impulsive, but this Libran energy will inspire peace and calm. Move towards relationships that help you create the peace that you need. To some it may feel as though they have to move from one extreme to the another as we seek out the comfort of peaceful energy.

The Libra full moon occurs during the new moon in Aries and solar eclipse in Taurus at month end. Use this opportunity to ground yourself purposefully and envelope yourself in peace and harmony both internally and externally. Stay grounded; stay rooted; but also allow yourself to surrender to the universe and the wonder and magic of new beginnings and deepening connections.
