Dear Beloved

Some people enjoy the monotony of sameness and others thrive in a changing environment. While monotony may be boring for some, there are those amongst us that thrive in that routine and we must appreciate and support each other wherever we each are in our life journey. Everyone has their own purpose, their own passion and their own life needs and wants.  Whether your choice is to be flowing towards something more in your life or just staying put....its your flow. One must always be present in the moment that you are in, whether you are moving towards something or being still. Too often, we have a goal and the focus is the end result. This often leads us to stress and discontentment, a disconnection from the present moment. Always remind yourself to be present in your 'right now'.
